Cabling and Bracing

Occasionally, a tree limb will have structural issues due to the way that it has grown, or because part of the tree is starting to rot. This can create a dangerous condition where a limb, or part of the trunk of the tree can detach and injure a person or damage property.

Cotta Tree Experts does not recommend the use of cables and bracing because it is an admission that the tree is unsound, and will expose the owner to greater liability if someone is injured or damage is done. Instead, we recommend removing the unsound tree and replacing it with a new, vigorous tree.
